BRACCAN WALK YOUTH HUB LAUNCH EVENT
We want everyone to have the confidence that when schools refer to TYS (Targeted Youth Support) the young people know who we are, what we do and that we have an amazing space for them.
We are qualified, experienced professionals who can
offer sound advice, guidance, and support to adolescents.
We have established connections with organisations for signposting young people and their wider family to access services.
Official Launch Event on Friday 21st February 2025. (For young people)
- 1pm – 5pm- drop-in or stay for the whole day.
Braccan Walk Youth Hub is the base for all the Targeted Youth Support Workers; we want young people to know where we are.
