Pre-Public Examinations (PPE)
Every year for examination groups we have traditionally run “mock” examinations. The purpose of these examinations was to not only give students experience of taking formal examinations but also to afford them the practice of real papers. Please click the link below for further information .

Miss Haley would like to congratulate students Jaime Leishman and Jade Ackuaku (Year 10) who have both made it into the finals of the Berkshire Young Dance Artist of the Year Competition. They will be competing in the ‘performers’ section at South Hill Park on Sunday the 20th of March alongside past Brakenhale students Freya Harris and Tyler Jones who will be showcasing their works as part of the ‘choreographers’ final.

Our Year 9 School Rugby friendly games played against the local schools on Thursday 3rd November , the results are outstanding. 33-0 (Brakenhale – Sandhurst), 21-0 (Brakenhale – Edgbarrow), 22-0 (Brakenhale – Ranelag). Well done boys!
Year 7 Netball Team played their first Netball Match was on Thursday 3rd November. Well done!
Readathon is the UK’s national sponsored reading event for schools. Readathon encourages children to read for pleasure – an activity proven to increase children’s chances of success and personal happiness for the rest of their lives.
Remembrance Sunday, which falls on 8 November in 2015, is a day for the nation to remember and honour those who have sacrificed themselves to secure and protect our freedom.
