Yr10 Maths exam revision 24-25/6

Year 10 classes are currently preparing for their end of year Maths exam. Your child will know from their teacher which Maths tier exam they will be taking, either the foundation or higher tier. The exams will take place in the Sports Hall on:

Wednesday 24th June 2015

9.00 am for 1 hour and 45 minutes – non calculator paper

Thursday 25th June 2015

9.00 am for 1 hour and 45 minutes – calculator paper

The topics that students need to revise are on the back of this letter. In addition to revision work set by their teachers they can use MyMaths and MathsWatch for additional revision of any topics they are unsure about. I would expect each student to be doing at least 30 minutes revision each day between now their maths exam.

Your child will need to bring a black pen, a pencil and a centimetre ruler for both exams.

For their second exam on the Thursday, students must bring their own calculator as this is required for the exam as this is a calculator paper.

Thank you for your continued support.
